Joel Barnett has been around the upstate NY BMX scene since the early days of East Coast Terminal, and the La Rev contests that went down when he was a young teenager, riding a Hoffman bikes complete. Native to Northern Central PA, and now living in Syracuse Ny, Joel has searched out , and destroyed much of the region on his two wheeled annihilation machine, known as the Leviathan ( a custom FBM).
