Camp Woodward is a wonderful sports training facility nested in the hills of central Pennsylvania, where often times Ne’er do well BMX champions pretend to behave long enough to get rad, eat some cafeteria food, and see the amazing sunset the area creates.
I was a counselor there in the late 90’s, briefly, none of my campers went on to have any success as professional extreme sports athletes, but I think some of them had fun.
Woodward is rad, and the staff is usually pretty kickass. Some really amazing moments in the history of extreme sports progression can be traced to this wonderland, just ask Nutter!
