With the modern day popularity of street riding, and increased number of public skateparks, the building, maintaining and overall dialing at the dirt jumps in many scenes has taken somewhat of a back seat… In Austin, the hard work, and sheer tenacity of Dudes like Big Rob, Hrabal, and Santana keep public spots that rely on “volunteer” work like 9th St. Alive.
it’s a commendable and rare trait in many BMXers, and those dudes, and many like them deserve a pat on the back.
