Kenny Horton drive’s a Taxi for a job, he picks up congressman, welfare mothers, hookers, pimps, drug addicts, transvestites, drunks, psycho paths and more, delivering them to grocery stores, asylum’s and airports, sometimes just a drive thru for a dinner box. Its crazy when he tells me stories.
Sleep’s Holy Mountain was released over 20 years ago. that’s crazy too. That’s what I imagine the inside of his cab, and the inside of Kenny’s mind sound like when he is carting around people who probably think he is the crazy one.
Kenny once told me about picking up a Mom, with a child, an infant toddler, who may or may not have been making a drug run, who frantically popped out of the cab, and made Kenny watch the baby, while she hauled ass, before he could protest. Imagine Kenny in a taxi watching over a baby? Insanity. He was freaked out to say the least, but I gathered his tender nature soothed the crying baby until the mother returned…
