Circuit BMX Road trip...

"hey Crandall just got back from a colombia trip with some dudes.. pretty wild ,hired body guards, chauffeured party bus.(La Cheba)1 item on every non- menu (fried fish,fried plantains and brown rice), never been called a gringo before going to colombia, its all youll hear. awesome spots and 40 lb bikes. and photo copied fbm and animal stickers.. awesome. i love bmx. heres a couple pics. talk to soon.."
Bakers acres has a few lines running, I got my forst laps in today, and Mikey, aka, MIKEy made an appearance, he used to live across the street from the trails when he was a kid, now he's a grown ass man. Sorta. Baker was stoked, he had his whole family out there, and enough Mayflies to last till june!

Trails are a unique part of BMX that requires dedication, skill and hard work, check out AXELRAD to learn about the serious side of trail culture. Florida has a hell of a trail scene, that has had me speechless for months. The guys are having party, let's see what gets burned, a boat on any given afternoon, maybe they'll throw a strip club on the fire this time. Billy Ashby randoms as well. Holla Dolla!

We used to Fuss when the Landlord dissed us, no heat, wondering why christmas missed us, birthdays was the worst days....now we sip champaign when we thirstay! And Jerry Curlan is nice. Here are a couple of Shots of Fisher at the Ithaca Skatepark, riding a red Maneater, Fisher is a good dude. Some progress updates on the warehouse, its a painstaking process, with lots involved, including some serious electrician work, to get the machines running, and the offices operational.I am listening to Lungfish- "nothing is easy", it could be the theme song at FBM, John Lee, the lord of all that is positive and nice, is persevering and getting orders out to crazy places like the Czech republic regardless. Stoked. Things are coming together in the new spot, and it's looking good. One of my current favorite riders, and generally amazing individuals, Ruel "wormz" Smith, has an awesome Animal ad out, he also got a tattoo of a banana on the gypsy trip. On his Hand. Dude is a maniac! Dave King and Gilly Built jumps in Mexico. Dave drank the water! Have Fun At ray's is this weekend, don't miss it, lots of ramps, Kerry Sayre, Funtimes, and BKFBM, repping hard for the Hudson Valley!

The tour ended this past weekend... it was a great time, with 60 or so some odd riders traveling all week, hitting up spots, camping, BBQing, behaving terribly, and generally having a blast. Credence has some pics posted, on their site already, and extra big thanks to the the other teams, - Team Major air, Sun Rims, Re Cycles, Shitluck and Savage South. Thansks to all the riders at all the spots, the guys on the trip, the parks for their hospitality, and anyone who shared floors pace or a yard!

Weather pushed us north on the trip to Cleveland Ohio, where the caravan hit up Ray's, thanks to them for the Hookups, and the pizza, once again. Rain may or may not affect the Pittsburgh stop, chance of rain, so we'll see what happens. Joel Barnett had to take a visit to the ER, which puts him at 3 for 3 for chaos points, between cops, a raccoon falling on his head an a concussion, he has had it rough, not to mention how stinky chunk is in back of the penske, and how nuts kelly is. More news soon.....

Happy 5th of may Ya'll... The website was down due to technical difficulties and interspeciesweb abuse. The Gypsy Trip is off the charts, Lots of Grillin, Chillin, and plenty of illin! Garret G. turned 20 on the trip, Groundchuck had a birthday too. So much crazy shit has happened so far, that I wouldn't even know where to begin, but I'll tell you one thing, People LOVE marbles the Fox. We will Be in Athens On Wednesday, and in Pittsburgh on Friday, so come out, have a hot dog, and watch Brian Yeagle do bad things on cement quarter pipes with his BMX....

Gypsy Trip Starts Friday In Louisville!

Here's the scoop-Multiple teams, traveling independently, meeting at each of the designated spots, for a jam session/BBQ. The Idea is to show up at the said parks, for a good time, and a community vibe, by bringing people together for informal jam sessions, and a BYOB type of cookout. Along the way, Each team/group will be participating in a skavenger hunt of sorts, requiring photo/ video evidence, with the goal, to win by amassing the most points.
Teams- -FBM
-Team Major Air
-Credence
-Shitluck
-Sun Rims
-re cycles.
- Savage South
-and an unaffiliated Motorcycle contingent, consisting of who ever is willing and able, from any of the teams or anyone interested...

First Stop- Friday may 2nd Louisville Ky. This stop is the Kentucky Derby Eve Jam/ BBQ hosted by Shitluck 9pm start time.

Day2 - Saturday May3, BBQ at Rise Skate shop in Ft. wayne Indiana, this is also the unofficial 15th anniversary of the beginning of the Fat House, and FBM in Indiana.

Maybe Kokomo Sunday or monday?

3rd officialish stop on the trip won't be until Wednesday the 7th in Athens ohio at the Public park....

The Final Stop is planned so far as a BBQ at the Public cement Park on Friday the 9th Afternoon in Pittsburgh....

The end of the week is the start of the Gypsy trip, some of the names have changed from whats on the flyer, most notably, Perry Caravello has been added to the Shitluck roster, and I forgot to include Mikey Corts' name for Team Major Air. Rumor has it, that Upstate NY legends, Cruz, and Hancock are also added! Evan Venditti was also left off the flyer, and has given me some shit. Sorry Buddy, there were a lot of names on that sucker. We'll be starting the trip In louisville friday night, where Jimmy Levan will be present. Dead Bang is AWESOME! More news soooooon! - here's the new news-

Mickey Marshal is currently in Memphis, taking the long way to Louisville, to meet up next week for the Gypsy trip, I am looking forward to that one... Cameron Wood will be in the house, as well as Chunk, AKA John Tillman, and a special guest appearance by Ken Musgrave. Mike Tag, is heading to Vegas, to play pool in a competition. He won the trip there for shooting 9 ball, or something, and is scheduled for a photo shoot with Paul Newman. A few pics from the Circuit bmx party... Vic Bettencourt is a nice guy. MOving is still in progress at FBM, coming together slowly, but it should be worth the hard work... keep tuned, more news soooon!
